Darice Johnston increases efficiency and productivity by helping entrepreneurs build new habits of working, thinking and BE-ing.

Darice is a published author and owner of a unique productivity coaching company. For over fifteen years she has been helping her clients to achieve a higher level of effectiveness while experiencing greater work/life balance. 

In 2005, while employed as a sales executive within the title insurance industry, Darice differentiated herself by helping her clients sell more real estate. Her signature methodology incorporated two key coaching elements: shedding self-defeating beliefs and behaviors while working more efficiently. The dramatic results her clients experienced was proof enough that she had tapped into an angle of coaching that needed to be developed more thoroughly. 

In 2009, Darice co-authored a book featuring her efficiency systems. Her book, UNLOCKED: Revealing the Eight Secrets of Highly Efficient Sales Professionals, was published in 2010. 

Within eight months, Darice resigned from sales and opened the doors of her coaching and training company, Efficiency by Design, LLC. Darice delivers her material though private coaching appointments as well as group instruction. She provides training on issues essential to an entrepreneur’s productivity and effectiveness. The thread of life-coaching principles Darice weaves into each class makes her training truly unique and transformational, reaching well beyond the realm of traditional productivity training. 

Darice's personal interests include travel, reading, writing, entertaining and socializing with family and friends. As a “deep sea diver of the psyche” she enjoys the study of metaphysics, quantum physics and considers herself a full-time student of Universal Law. Knowing that "success is a science", she blends in her understanding of these philosophies into her business and life coaching techniques. 

Darice is the mother of two beautiful daughters of whom she is exceedingly proud.  She has established her home in Denver, Colorado.
