"Darice, please accept my sincere thanks for allowing my participation in the "Efficiency by Design" series. I must admit that I left the initial evaluation with the belief that I need a major overhaul of my business practices. After attending the series, I have been able to make adjustments to the critical areas and have seen tremendous results. For my business, the "Time Management" and "Piles to Files" workshops provided the largest benefit...but I implemented at least one item from every workshop.   The "Power of Business Partnering" workshop got my creative juices flowing and I am currently implementing two key activities in my business as a result.  In the past, I spent a substantial amount of time on the yearly business plan and on daily tasks but did not correlate the two. After your classes, I now see a clear bridge between daily, weekly, quarterly, activities that lead to the accomplishment of longer term goals.
